The Pelican Preserve Golf Clubhouse will offer members and guests a beautiful 24,485 a/c square foot facility with spacious facilities providing a relaxing club setting. The amenity package for members will include a state-of the-art fitness center with wellness, fitness and spa treatment rooms. There will be member dining and a member bar area as well as a banquet facility. The second level will primarily be used as a dining area, offering views of the ninth hole of the new Ibis golf course from its balcony
